All rights to the Zuraffa Browser desktop application (referred to as the "App") belong to Zuzu Yazılım A.Ş. (referred to as the "Company"). The Company will not disclose personal information transmitted electronically by users through the App to third parties outside the purposes and scope determined by contracts made with its members and users.
Personal Information Collection
Users are required to provide the Company with certain personal information about themselves (such as name-surname, phone number, address, or email addresses) through membership or filling out various forms and participating in polls within the App. Information requested by the Company and/or information provided by the user and/or information related to transactions made through the App may be used by the Company and its collaborating parties for various statistical evaluations, database creation, and market research without revealing the identity of members and users, beyond the purposes and scope determined by the Company's contracts with its members and users.

The Company may provide links to other websites within the App. The Company assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices and content of sites accessed through links.
Limited Disclosure Circumstances
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, the Company will not disclose any personal information to companies and third parties with whom the Company does not collaborate. In the limited circumstances specified below, the Company may disclose user information to third parties outside the provisions of this Privacy Policy:

- Fulfillment of contractual requirements with members and users
- Cooperation with official investigations and inquiries

Data Security
The Company undertakes to keep personal information strictly private and confidential and to take all necessary measures to ensure and maintain confidentiality. Despite the Company taking necessary information security measures, the Company shall have no liability in case confidential information is damaged or falls into the hands of third parties as a result of attacks on the App and system.
Tracking and Analytics
We don't track you. Our app and website do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or any other mechanisms to monitor your browsing behavior. We don't need your consent for cookies because we simply don't use them. We do not collect, log, or share your IP address.
Policy Changes
The Company may unilaterally change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing them in the App. The Privacy Policy provisions changed by the Company take effect as of the date they are published in the App.
